Leah also oversees the team’s marketing materials and listing presentation, ensuring every property is represented with strong visual appeal across brochures, print advertising, and online platforms. With nearly 20 years of experience with Pakulla Professionals, a B.S. in Business Administration (Marketing concentration) from the New York Institute of Technology, a Digital Marketing certification from HubSpot, and as a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, one of Baltimore’s top high schools, Leah combines marketing knowledge, design expertise, and extensive real estate experience to make each home stand out in a competitive market.
